I literally sat down to the main menu of the game and was left to my own devices.

There was no demo driver, no tutorial, no rep and no list of inputs. The whole thing was opened up to me as soon as I sat down. I played four separate stages in the game. I put that small little complaint up top because, quite honestly, I really dug the flow of Mighty No. I want to move through the text boxes faster. Comcept, Inti, Deep Silver, Inafune… if you’re reading this, please let me zip through dialogue with the A button. I want to skip lines after I read them, but that’s not an option here. I read faster than the voice actors speak. My only complaint? The dialogue is subbed and spoken. It’s the longest I’ve spent with the game by far, and the demo left me feeling really good about Inafune, Comcept and Inti Creates’ work so far. Like, an hour of what seems like a mostly complete build.
